At the age of 5, my parents got me my first Kart. From the first moment I sat in that Puffo and held the wheel I knew, this is my life, this is me. Our family’s life changed forever, as from that moment on we were at the track most every weekend. I began racing soon afterwards and quickly made my way to the front of the pack.
It wasn’t long before I was winning races, and championships. My efforts were rewarded with the West Coast Kart Club championships in 2016 and 2017 for Micro, and the Junior Driver of the Year award in 2017. I also won the Gold Cup championship in the Micro class in 2017. This year, my first as a Senior, and youngest driver on the grid, I managed to clinch the 2022 Padholder Supercup championship. This was especially rewarding given the Senior Class was the largest grid in this year's Supercup Series. In 2017, I was voted in as the first Jr Club President in the West Coast Kart Club’s history.
With the success of my rookie year in the Toyo Tires F1600 Championship, we look to build on our success and fight for the top step of the podium in 2024. Our plans include preseason testing in the US at three SCCA Majors events, which will also qualify me for the SCCA National Runoffs for 2024. I’m excited and looking forward to fighting at the front.
To represent myself, the sport, and the interests of my sponsors in the most professional and respectful manner. Whether in the heated moments after a race, or the way I conduct myself in the community, the lingering impression I want to leave with people is one of positivity and respect—always, with everyone.
